Family Pools did resurfacing and tile repair work for us two years ago and most recently they replaced all our pool equipment destroyed by hurricane damage. Throughout these challenges, they persisted. Brent in particular put in the extra effort to create solutions for our pool setup. He listened to us, figured out why the jets were not working properly, built a wired remote to fit our unique situation, and showed us how to use the remote control and app in detail. Family pools has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. My salesmen Ken McGuire is the reason I decided to go with them, rather than their competition. He took the time on a Sunday night to explain everything and got me a competitive quote and based on that conversation I knew I was going to go with Family Pools. I was very price conscious and Ken helped me at every turn. I was able to get the pool I have always dreamed of and working with Ken and Andrew as well as their entire team made it happen. Ken even took the time to come check on my place after Milton and Helene. Ken would stop in to give me updates as I am from out of state and it’s hard trying to manage a project when you’re not there, but because of Ken’s dedication to his customers, I felt like I knew what was going on at every stage. Family Pools recently completed our project and we are extremely satisfied with the entire process from design through construction. Chris in sales met with us at our home to see the property and hear our ideas, then he came up with the perfect design to fit within our limited outdoor space. Even one of the owners Max was available for detailed questions about construction materials and methods. We wanted to find the right balance between deck and pool surfaces as the software that Chris used was extremely accurate. The perspective drawings that he provided allowed us to collaborate on every detail from the tile size to the water color, as well as the underwater lighting options. Even the cage design and deck lighting was well thought out and allowed us to maximize views to the rear lake. Andrew was our project manager and he facilitated the construction process with excellent communication skills. He was always courteous and respectful when answering our questions including pool and deck maintenance. We would highly recommend Family Pools to anyone considering a new pool of high quality.
