PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project was built around creating a high-impact outdoor space that still feels functional and easy to use. The design combines large statement features with intentional layout decisions, allowing each area to stand out while still connecting as one cohesive environment.
The pool features a bright aqua blue interior finish, paired with silver travertine decking that keeps the overall look clean and modern. A lazy river winds through the space, guiding movement and naturally linking each feature together. A 20-foot bridge crosses over the water, serving as both a focal point and a practical pathway that leads directly to the sunken outdoor kitchen.
Set below grade, the kitchen becomes part of the pool experience rather than sitting off to the side. It includes a swim-up bar, pizza oven, Blackstone, mini fridge, and dual TVs, making it a central hub for entertaining. Planters and surrounding palms soften the structure, adding greenery and helping the space feel more integrated into its surroundings.

The 14-foot grotto adds vertical scale and a strong visual anchor. Designed for both use and impact, it features a slide, waterfall, built-in seating, audio system, and a cooler within the space. It offers a shaded retreat that contrasts with the openness of the pool while still remaining connected to the overall layout.
Additional elements like the sunshelf with LED bubblers, two fire bowls, and a tiki hut add variety without overwhelming the design. Live edge coping and consistent tile work carry throughout the entire project—from the pool and spa to the kitchen and grotto—creating a unified finish. A mosquito misting system is also incorporated to improve comfort and usability.
The result is a well-balanced outdoor space that delivers on both design and function, built for entertaining, relaxing, and everyday use.
