PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This backyard was designed with one goal in mind: to create a space that feels complete, functional, and easy to enjoy every day. The layout brings together a range of features in a way that feels cohesive without being overdone, balancing clean design with practical use.
The foundation starts with a marble deck framed in turf, giving the space a modern, low-maintenance finish. A pergola with a retractable sunshade adds flexibility, allowing the area to shift between full sun and shade depending on the time of day. Throughout the space, LED lighting is thoughtfully placed to improve visibility and create a comfortable atmosphere at night.
At the center of the design is a fully tiled 360-degree champagne spillover spa. It adds movement and a consistent water feature that helps tie the entire pool together. On either side, dual sun shelves provide shallow areas for lounging, complete with LED bubblers and river rock for added texture. Ledge Loungers are positioned to make these areas functional for extended use.

Additional features were incorporated to give the space more dimension. A rain curtain finished in ledger stone adds both sound and visual interest, while a swing over the water introduces a more relaxed, casual element. Nearby, a sunken fire pit with a glass wall creates a defined gathering space that works well for both small groups and larger get-togethers.
To round out the design, a full outdoor kitchen and an outdoor-rated television make the space practical for entertaining and everyday use. Altogether, the project focuses on creating a well-balanced outdoor environment that is comfortable, visually clean, and built to be used regularly.
