PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Designed in collaboration with Greenstreet Homes, this project focused on creating a clean, high-impact backyard that complements the home while maximizing space for entertaining. The goal was to deliver something visually unique, but still practical for hosting family, friends, and kids on a regular basis.
The pool spans the full length of the house, creating a strong visual line that immediately draws your eye toward the water and beyond. A white marble deck surrounds the space, giving it a bright, refined finish that pairs seamlessly with the home’s interior and exterior design. Along the edge, ledge loungers are positioned on a sunshelf with a bubbler, offering a simple, comfortable spot to relax while still staying connected to the activity in the pool.
A separate wading area introduces a more casual, resort-style element. Two palm trees are integrated directly into the space, surrounded by fully tiled planters that add structure and tie back into the overall material palette. This area works especially well for younger guests while also adding another layer of visual interest.

At the center of the design is a fully tiled 360-degree champagne spillover spa. Positioned to take advantage of sunset views over the Manatee River, it acts as the main focal point while adding constant movement and sound to the space. As the sun goes down, colored LED lighting shifts the atmosphere, highlighting key features and extending the usability of the backyard into the evening.
To complete the layout, an outdoor kitchen was added for easy entertaining, keeping everything within reach without interrupting the flow of the space.
The result is a backyard that feels balanced and intentional—built for gathering, designed to stand out, and finished with materials that carry consistently from the home to the outdoors.
